These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the website www.solvosupply.com

(“the Site”) and your purchase of any products from SolvoSupply (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Consumer: A natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business who enters into a distance contract with the seller.
  • Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
  • Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel the agreement within the cooling-off period.
  • Distance contract: An agreement concluded between the trader and the consumer using one or more means of distance communication.
  • Durable medium: Any tool that enables the consumer or trader to store information addressed personally to them.
  • Business days: Calendar days excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Applicability

These Terms apply to every offer displayed on SolvoSupply and to all distance contracts concluded between SolvoSupply and the consumer.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

4. Offers

All offers on the website are non-binding. Product descriptions and images aim to be as accurate as possible but may differ slightly due to screen display or supplier variations.
Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind SolvoSupply.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. The Agreement

The agreement is established when the consumer completes the checkout process and receives an electronic confirmation.
SolvoSupply reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
After confirmation, the order cannot be modified unless agreed upon in writing by SolvoSupply.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.
During the cooling-off period, the customer must handle the product and its packaging carefully and only inspect the item as necessary.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return the product in original, unused, and undamaged condition.
    Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 business days, excluding return shipping costs.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Hygiene-related products once unsealed
  • Items showing signs of use or damage
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

8. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change at any time, except for confirmed orders.
Payment must be made through one of the secure payment methods available at checkout.
If payment is not completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

9. Delivery and Fulfilment

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise indicated.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Europe: 5–20 business days
  • Worldwide: 7–30 business days
    If delays occur, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
    Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

10. Product Guarantee

We guarantee that our products conform to the agreement and are free from material defects.
Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

11. Complaints

If you experience an issue with your order, contact us at service@solvosupply.com.
We aim to respond within 14 days.
If additional time is required, we will inform you of the updated timeline.

12. Liability

SolvoSupply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, delays, or third-party issues.
Our total liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

13. Governing Law

All agreements and disputes between SolvoSupply and the consumer are governed by Dutch law, regardless of the customer’s residence.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
