At SolvoSupply, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing Time

Once your order has been placed, it will be verified, approved, and packed within 1 business day.
After processing, your parcel will be prepared for shipment and handed over to our logistics partners.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • France & Europe: 5–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–30 business days

Delivery times exclude potential customs delays.
During busy periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Chinese New Year), shipping may take slightly longer.

We use trusted logistics partners such as YunExpress, 4PX, and other reliable couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer:

  • Free shipping on orders above €50
  • €4.95 shipping fee for orders under €50

There are no hidden fees or additional handling charges.

4. Optional Shipping Protection (€2.95)

Customers may choose Shipping Protection + Priority Processing at checkout for an additional €2.95.
This includes:

  • Full coverage for shipping loss, theft, or damage
  • Priority handling at our warehouse
  • Faster customer support for shipping-related issues

This service is optional but highly recommended for worry-free delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your parcel through the link in your email or via our Order Tracking Page.

For logistical reasons, some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

6. Tracking Number Not Updating?

Please allow up to 5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
If your tracking number still shows no movement after this period, contact us at service@solvosupply.com

and we will assist you immediately.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
We will investigate the situation with our logistics partner and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will resend your order or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
