Return & Refund Policy

 Thank you for shopping at SolvoSupply. We strive to provide high-quality, innovative gadgets that make everyday life easier. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the conditions listed below.

 

1. How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Request a return form by emailing us at service@solvosupply.com. Include your order number, name, email address, and the reason for return.

2. Fill in the return form and attach clear photos of:

   - the products you wish to return

   - the packaging

   - the condition of the item(s)

3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and the return address.

4. Pack your items securely. We recommend using protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.

5. Clearly mark “Returns” on the outside of your parcel.

6. Ship your return using a tracked and insured shipping service. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

7. Email your tracking number to service@solvosupply.com so we can monitor your return.

IMPORTANT:

Returns sent without approval may not be processed.

 

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be:

- Unused and in original, resellable condition

- In original packaging (including protective bags or boxes)

- Free of damage, hair, stains, or signs of use

- Complete with all accessories

 

We cannot accept returns that:

- Show signs of use or wear

- Arrive damaged due to improper packaging

- Are missing parts or accessories

- Are sent without approval or without a tracking code

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Items that have been opened or used

- Clearance items or heavily discounted items

- Digital products

- Gift cards

- Personalized or custom orders

 

5. Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection:

- You will receive an email confirmation

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer

If your return does not meet the required conditions, we may refuse the refund.

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the item

- Photos of the packaging

- Your order number

 

We will reship the item at no cost.

If you contact us after 48 hours, we cannot guarantee free replacement.

Step 3: Once received and inspected, we issue your refund within 5 business days.

 

8. Return & Dispute Policy

Disputes should only be opened when:

- A package has been lost in transit

- A defective item was not resolved

- A refund has not been issued after confirmation
